| These speed controllers are designed for use in aircraft models such as indoor flyer, slow flyer, park flyers and gliders operating with brushed electric motors. They feature "soft start", which enables the speed controller to also be suitable for motors that are equipped with a gearbox.
The Blue Arrow speed controllers have extremely fine resolution, with 1024 steps from OFF to FULL throttle. This resolution gives the ESC an incredibly smooth throttle response.
SAFE "Power-On": When the Battery is connected to the ESC; the motor is prevented from turning. However, care must always be taken to keep hands or other objects clear of the propeller at all times when the battery is connected.
SOFT START : There is a 2 second delay built into the ESC circuitry to enable the motor to 'soft start'.
AUTO CUT : The current to the motor will be cut-off automatically before the battery voltage becomes too low to enable the Rx and Servo's to operate. When this happens in flight, it is wise to land the model without undue delay.
